Clean-Up Coupon

The Public Works Department offers a coupon that can be used to dispose of bulky items or yard waste. Every household within Raytown City Limits is allowed 4 coupons each calendar year, and can be purchased at the Public Works window at City Hall. The coupons cost $5.00 a piece, but hold a $25.00 value with our two partner organizations. For bulky item pickup, the City of Raytown works with GFL Environmental. For yard waste disposal the City of Raytown works with Missouri Organic Recycling. To learn more about the opportunities available using the Clean Up Coupon please see the information below. FREE curb-side storm debris bulk pick-up Available June 10 - 21, 2024

The City of Raytown is offering this service as a one-time pick-up per household, to help dispose of any remaining damage caused by the storms.

Expect pick-up to occur within 48-hrs of the City receiving your request by phone or email, weather and time permitting. Debris must be place at the curb (no more than 8 feet away). Bagged and bundled debris will not be accepted.

Size Restrictions:
Tree limbs must be less than 8 feet in length and 4 inches in diameter to qualify for bulk pick-up. Only residential storm debris will be accepted.

Larger Limbs and Debris:
Don’t forget, the City offers clean-up coupons to cover the cost of dropping off at Missouri Organic. While large limbs do not qualify for curbside pick-up, you can use the clean-up coupons available at Raytown City Hall to take larger limbs directly to Missouri Organic, Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm.
