Public Relations

The Public Information Officer (PIO) is the communications coordinator and spokesperson for the City. The primary responsibility of a PIO is to provide information to the media and public as required by law and according to the standards of the City.

The Raytown Public Information Officer and administrative staff handle the Raytown WebsiteRaytown Facebook Page, Raytown X Account, the Raytown YouTube Account, the newsletter, media requests, writes speeches, mobile applications and City brochures.
