Planning and Zoning Applications: Planning and Zoning applications can be provided digitally after speaking with Planning staff due to the typically complex nature of such applications.

Contact Planning Staff at 816-737-6059 to discuss applications for any of the following actions:

Planning Commission Reviewed: Rezonings, Conditional Use Permits, Planned Developments, Vacations of Utility Easements or Rights of Way, Preliminary Plats, or Final Plats (most of these actions will also require Board of Aldermen review)

Board of Zoning Adjustment Reviewed: Variances or Appeals of Administrative Decisions.
