PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
The City of Raytown Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month. The meeting will not be held if a quorum cannot be seated.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets once a month to hear, discuss and vote to make recommendations on applications and plans dealing with land use or land division developments in Raytown.
Schedule
The Planning & Zoning Commission normally meets on the first Thursday of every month at 6 PM. Community Development Department staff can provide applications and complete schedules for any person or business interested in filing an application for Planning Commission action. Members
The Planning & Zoning Commission, in accordance with city ordinance, presently consists of 9 members appointed by the Mayor for terms of four years.
