During regular business hours: 

Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, call the Department of Public Works maintenance and operations office at (816) 737-6146 to leave your name, phone number, address and detailed description of the location of the issue (nearest intersection or address). 

Please note that 350 Highway is managed by MO Dept. of Transportation. Contact them at 888-275-6636 or fill out the online form at MODOT.

Click here to report a pothole or other roadway concerns.  If you have pictures of the roadway concerns, please click this link to e-mail them to the Public Works Department. This is monitored during regular business hours.
