About our Economic Development Administrator

Shana Kelly serves as the City's Economic Development Administrator.

Shana works with local businesses to assist in their continued growth and commitment to Raytown by removing barriers to success through increased communication, problem solving and consensus building.

Shana also provides real estate site selection, incentives attainment and general ombudsman services to existing and prospective Raytown businesses.
