Comprehensive Plan

The Raytown Comprehensive Plan is prepared by the Planning and Zoning Commission, with the assistance of a citizens' advisory committee, City staff, members of the public, a consulting team, and numerous community and business organizations. As required by State law, the Comprehensive Plan is adopted by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Comprehensive Plan is also approved by the Board of Aldermen.
