New Home Open House

Builders Development Corporation and the City of Raytown have finished the building of two new homes at 10617 E. 53rd St. and 5306 Hedges. These homes are part of the Neighborhood Revitalization that the City has been developing. This program, the Neighborhood Revitalizatin Program is done in conjunction with the Builders Development Corporation through a federal grant. Homes are built and/or renovated. They are sold and that money is put back into the program to do other homes.These homes have down payment help for qualified buyers, click here for more information. Please join us as we cut the ribbon on these two homes. The newly renovated home at 10613 E. 53rd Street will also be available to tour.
