The Public Works Department is currently facing staffing shortages in its maintenance and operations division. For the time being, response times to provide service will be approximately 10 business days unless the issue impacts the public's safety. Should a problem require urgent attention, please call us immediately at 816-737-6146, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM – 4:00PM.  

Please note, during inclement weather, temporary repair materials known as cold mix are used. Thus, there can be repeat occurrences in the same location until weather allows for a permanent repair using materials known as hot mix.
