Annual City Pet License

All cats, dogs, ferrets and pot-bellied pigs over 90 days old are required to have a pet license. This license is separate than the rabies tag issued by your veterinarian. To obtain a license, fill out this form and return to City Hall with the appropriate fee. A pet license is $10 for a spayed/neutered animal, or $20 for an intact animal.

Animal Impound

Fill out Neighborhood Services Animal Control attachment form if the individual picking up animal is not the owner.  Please make sure everything is filled out.

Note: All cats, dogs and ferrets are required to have an annual rabies vaccination from a veterinarian. Proof of vaccinations must be submitted with a pet license renewal.
